Over 3 x 60-minute sessions we will explore your core values, set clear professional goals and develop a roadmap for you to achieve them. I will provide recommended tasks for you to complete in between our coaching calls and offer a soundboard to all the challenges and opportunities you face. I help keep you excited, clear and accountable to ensure you take steps to make change happen.

Designed for early and mid stage brands who need an objective and strategic view on projects.

I work with brands achieving $1m+ in revenue advising on key strategic issues; for some this is turning a declining business around, for others this is launching products or sub ranges, for others this is navigating rapid growth an international expansion and complex retailer needs.

For mid and late stage businesses who require the agility of a fractional CMO but the experience of a seasoned one.

A hands on offering where I provide data analysis, product portfolio analysis, positioning strategies and 360 marketing plans, before moving into implementation with boards, founders, executives, and their teams to address strategic challenges and opportunities within the business.

Discovery call

If I feel I can assist you, I will offer a short complimentary discovery call to assess the project and get to know each other, explore if we are the right fit.

The next step is a detailed onboarding process commences to ensure there is alignment on key objectives, timelines and budgets.

What are your rates?

My coaching packages start at $1600+ GST for 3 sessions.

Advisory and consulting offerings are quoted on a per project basis.

Where are you based?

I am based in Melbourne, AU and work with clients in a remote capacity from all over the world.

How do you typically work with clients?

I offer flexible engagement models including:
- Monthly retainer for ongoing strategic support
- Project-based consulting for specific initiatives
- Workshop facilitation and team training
- Executive coaching and advisory services

What makes your approach different from other consultants?

My hands on experience at the helm of two businesses, and deep understanding of the requirements to keep a business alive and thriving from its people to its P&L.

Do you outsource your work?

No. When you engage me you will work directly with me. The only third party you will deal with is my assistant for invoicing and scheduling. If I believe another consultant will be able to help you more I will refer you on. If another set of skills is required outside of my wheelhouse, I will make a recommendation.
